White PP Any Color Square Plastic Profile

        Polypropylene PP U profile fits over the ridge and eaves ends of multiwall polypropylene .

     After cutting multiwall polypropylene to length and width, air should be blown through the flutes to remove dust and swarf. After this process the flutes should be covered with a blanking tape at the ridge end and with an anti-dust breather tape at the eaves end.

     The tapes are then covered and protected with the polypropylene U profile on both ridge and eaves. A bead of silicone can be applied at the eaves end to eliminate the possibility of water entering the U profile.

     Condensation may form in the flutes of mutiwall polypropylene, however over time this will fall down the sheet, through the anti-dust breather tape and escape down the drip channel in the U profile.
